CR Performance Ladies
Classes at CRPL
There are two types of classes offered at CR Performance Ladies;
Whole Body Strength Training and Hyrox Classes.
There are no more than 12 women in every class.

Whole Body Strength Training
Class Times: 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, 9am & 12pm
Times and openings vary on a daily basis.
New training Sunday through Friday.
